Here are the descriptions for each rejection reason:

Unreadable Receipt

This means that the receipt is either too blurry/dark/wrinkly to read, or the Store is not recognisable or not supported. 

Simply head back and upload the receipt again following the guidelines below.

Eftpos receipt not accepted

We do not accept EFTPOS receipts, i.e. the small receipt that’s generated by the EFTPOS machine.

You can ignore this entry. Just be sure to not upload EFTPOS receipts again.

Blurry Receipt

The receipt is too blurry to read. Or you have accidentally included too many receipts in the picture.

Simply head back and upload the receipt again following the guidelines below.

Receipt older than 30 days

We do not accept receipts older than 30 days from when you upload the receipt.

You can ignore this entry. Just be sure to not upload old receipts again.

Retailer not supported

This means we do not accept the receipts from this retailer. 

You can ignore this entry. Just be sure to not upload this receipts from this retailer again.

Date not included

This means you might have missed the Purchase Date when you were taking the picture.

Simply head back and upload the receipt again. This time make sure you’ve captured the Date.

Retailer unknown

This means you might have missed the Store Name when you were taking the picture.

Simply head back and upload the receipt again. This time make sure you’ve captured the Store Name.

Items unidentified

We do not accept receipts with no or vague item names. 

You can ignore this entry. Just be sure to not upload this type of receipts again.

Repeat submission

This means the receipt you are trying to upload already exist in our system.

You can ignore this entry. Please note if you intentionally upload the same receipts over and over again, your account may be suspended.

Petrol only

We only accept petrol station receipt if you have purchased products when you fuelled up. 

You can ignore this entry. Just be sure to not upload this type of receipts again.

Too many receipts

This means you have uploaded more than 3 receipts from the same retailer, all of which have the same transaction date. This is not allowed as it's very unlikely that you been to Coles for example, 5 times on the same day. 

Please note if you intentionally game the system, your account may be suspended.

Suspicious activity

This means our system has flagged your account as suspicious. 

There are multiple levels of fraud protection in place to prevent spam activities. If your account is repeated flagged as suspicious, we may suspend it.
