If you notice that your points for a particular receipt are missing or incorrect, and your receipt has completely finished processing, hit the Report a Mistake button displayed at the bottom of the individual receipt’s detail page.
You can then enter the reason why you believe your receipt should earn rewards, and our team will review your request within 48 hours.
Please note that if your uploaded images are blurry or the receipt is too faded or altered, our system won’t be able to process it (even if you resubmit it multiple times).
Make sure that you always submit clear, unaltered pictures that include the required details:
- Store Name
- Purchased Items with Prices
- Purchase Date
- Transaction total
