Our Store Limit per user is currently set as 3. That means regardless of the day the receipts are uploaded, you can only upload up to 3 receipts from the same store with the same transaction date. 

However, we understand some users might have a big family and could have more than 3 receipts from the same store. 

You can apply for an exception directly using the live chat. Simply provide the following info to our online support team & we will make things work for you:

  • The total number of people in your household
  • People who you'll be obtaining the receipts from, i.e. your 2 kids, your husband etc. 
  • The last four digits of the credit cards they'll being using for purchasing the items
