It takes 3-5 business days for us to process your redemption.

We will review your account activities and if all good you will get it within 5 business days. 

If we find any issues with your account, we'll send you an email asking for more information. 

Once redemption has been processed, you will receive an email as well. 

We recommend you to keep your eye on your inbox after you've redeemed, including your spam and promotions folder. 

⚠️ Important Information about PayID: 

We are getting an increasing number of unregistered PayIDs, which is resulting in the bank blocking our transfers, causing major delays. 

If you do not know what PayID is, but still redeemed using PayID, please let us know now. 

Please do not send through PayID if you are not sure what it is. Intentionally providing incorrect PayID will result in 80% point deduction. I.e. if you redeemed $15, you will only get $3. 

About PayID: 

  • You need to REGISTER PayID before it becomes usable
  • PayID is NOT your bank account number
  • PayID is NOT PayPal
